PPI Trade Fact of the Week Urges Congress to Extend Preference Programs

The Progressive Policy Institute’s (PPI) latest Trade Fact of the Week highlights data from Haiti apparel exports to urge Congress to extend the Haiti HOPE/HELP, the Generalized System of Preferences, and the African Growth & Opportunity Act, calling it “a useful last job for Congress.”
