USTR Begins Annual AGOA Eligibility Review

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) announced in a Federal Register notice published on May 14, 2024, that it has initiated the annual review of the eligibility of sub-Saharan African countries to receive African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA) benefits during calendar year 2025.
