USTR Announces Section 301 Tranche 3 Product Exclusion Procedures

In a Federal Register notice scheduled to be published on June 24, 2019, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative announced the procedures for product exclusions from the third tranche of products under the Section 301 tariffs on imports from China.
