USTR Approves Additional Product Exclusion Requests Under Section 301

On April 18, 2019, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) posted a notice in the Federal Register listing a new set of product exclusions to the $34 billion in tariffs imposed upon certain imports from China under Section 301 last July.
