USTR Releases Proposed Tariff Retaliation List for EU Aircraft Subsidies

On April 8, 2019, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) issued a press release announcing the beginning of the Section 301 action against the EU for subsidies provided to Airbus.
