IMF Analysis of USMCA Shows Net Loss for US, Gains for Canada and Mexico

A new Working Paper from the IMF analyzes the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) as it compares to NAFTA and finds that the continent as a whole gains a negligible gain of $538 million in economic benefits, the U.S. is the only country to see a net loss.
