Trump Signs Budget Deal to Avert Shutdown; Bill Includes 301 Exclusion Process and More Money for 232 Exclusions

Yesterday the Congress passed a budget bill on border security that will avert another government shutdown and funds nine cabinet agencies and dozens of other agencies, including the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative.
