USTR Expected to Notify Congress of New Trade Negotiations with UK, EU, Japan

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative is expected to notify Congress as early as today of the intent to formally enter into bilateral trade negotiations with the United Kingdom, European Union, and Japan.
