Labor Department Publishes Update on Colombia Labor Dispute

In January 2017, the Department of Labor (DOL) initially released their report on a petition filed in May 2016 by Colombian labor unions and the AFL-CIO, alleging that the Government of Colombia is not satisfying its labor obligations under the U.S.-Colombia Trade Promotion Agreement.
