NAFTA Fourth Round Begins with Progress, Trump Mulls Withdrawal

U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) Robert Lighthizer marked the beginning of the fourth round of NAFTA negotiations by highlighting the progress to date and looking ahead to the many issues that will be discussed during this round
