CBP Issues WRO on Cotton and Cotton Products from XUAR Region

On January 13, 2021, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) issued a region-wide Withhold Release Order (WRO) for all imports of cotton and cotton products, as well as tomato products, from the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region (XUAR).
