Over 3,300 Companies File Suit Over Section 301 List 3 Tariffs

Following HMTX Industries complaint with the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) on September 10, over 3,300 companies have filed similar suits with the CIT challenging USTR’s authority to assess Section 301 tariffs on the List 3 products.
