White House Issues Presidential Proclamation Terminating GSP Eligibility for Turkey

The White House has issued a Presidential Proclamation that removes Turkey from the list of countries that are eligible to receive benefits under the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP), effective May 17, 2019.
