Kim Glas to Serve as New Head of NCTO

The National Council of Textile Organizations (NCTO) announced that Kimberly Glas, former Deputy Assistant Secretary for Textiles, Consumer Goods and Materials at the U.S. Department of Commerce, will serve as their new President & CEO effective April 29, 2019.
