USTR Provides Update on 301 Exclusion Request Process & FTZs

U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) Robert Lighthizer has sent a letter to Senator Tim Kaine (D-VA) with an update on the Section 301 tariff exclusion process in response to Kaine’s request for information.
