House Democrats Urge USTR to Clarify USMCA de minimis Level

A group of 43 Democrats in the House of Representatives have sent a letter to U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer expressing their concern over the de minimis language that is included in the newly-signed U.S-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA).
