ITC Finds Dumping on Polyester Fiber from China, India, Korea, and Taiwan Injures U.S. Industry

The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has determined that a U.S. industry is materially injured by reason of imports of fine denier polyester staple fiber from China, India, Korea, and Taiwan that the Department of Commerce has determined are sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.
