Lighthizer Issues Statement on NAFTA, Deal is "Nowhere Near Close"

U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) Robert Lighthizer issued a statement on the status of the ongoing North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) negotiations, saying that there is no deal yet and that the parties aren’t even close.
