EU Proposes REACH Modifications to Include Certain Textiles and Apparel

The European Union (EU) has notified the World Trade Organization (WTO) of draft modifications to the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) regulation, regarding certain substances classified as carcinogenic, mutagenic or toxic for reproduction (CMR) category 1A or 1B.
