ITC Votes to Continue Dumping Investigation on Polyester Staple Fiber from Korea and Taiwan

On August 10, 2017, the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) announced they have determined that there is a “reasonable indication” the U.S. industry is materially injured by imports of low melt polyester staple fiber (PSF) from Korea and Taiwan that are allegedly sold in the U.S. at less than fair value.
